To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we provide a 15-minute buffer before and after each session. We understand that conversations can occasionally run a little longer, but we kindly ask you to wrap up on time so we can keep the next session running smoothly.
If your session extends more than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled time, additional time will be charged in 30-minute increments at your original booking rate.
Additional time must be paid the same day. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and debit/credit cards through our online payment system. We’re here to give you the time and space you need to create your best content.

At The SnipSnap Studios, we provide a completely done-for-you service. You don't need to bring anything except yourself.
We've equipped our studio with cinema cameras, high-resolution audio and lighting equipment, a professional studio technician to run the shoot, and a professional photographer for behind-the-scenes photography. After your session, we'll send all your content, video files, audio files, and BTS photography, via a digital link within 24 hours or less. Want your content the same day? Bring an SSD hard drive (we recommend the Samsung T7 or T9). If you don't have one, we can provide one for an additional fee. Transfer time: under 30 minutes.
